Review: Hope When It Hurts by Kristen Wetherell & Sarah Walton

Today I am reviewing this book: Hope in midst of Pain by Kristen Wetherell & Sarah Walton.

It is true that suffering is real. It doesn’t matter if you’re going through it yourself or if you know someone who is.

There is good news. Hope is also real. For Christians, that hope is Jesus Christ.

Hebrews has a verse that states, “Therefore those who have sought refuge from Him can feel secure in holding on to the hope that lies before them.” 19: This hope is a solid and a reliable anchor for your soul” (Hebrews 6 : 18-19). NLT

It could make a great devotional, especially with August fast approaching. It is a book you read every day for 30 consecutive days. You can then meditate on the topic and decide if you need to help others, encourage others, or train others.

Poiema Publicaciones takes great pride in publishing its books. It is very well written with great thought provoking content.

You are also encouraged to reflect on well-formulated questions, which will help you develop your own prayers. What I love most is the possibility to express your thoughts and write them down after you have read the passages. Write or commit to what the Holy Spirit leads you to meditate on through what you live or the examples provided by the authors.

We encourage you to purchase it.
