Review: Hope When It Hurts by Kristen Wetherell & Sarah Walton

Good morning, everyone. Raquel, my name is Raquel. Today I’m stopping by to share this book: Hope in midst of Pain by Kristen Wetherell & Sarah Walton.

It is true that suffering is real. It doesn’t matter if you’re going through it yourself or if you know someone who is.

There is good news. Hope is also real. For Christians, that hope is Jesus of Nazareth.

Hebrews has a verse that states, “Therefore those who have sought refuge from him can feel secure in holding on to the hope that lies before them.” 19 This hope is a solid and reliable anchor for your soul” (Hebrews 6 : 18-19). NLT

It could make a great devotional, especially with August fast approaching. It is a book you read every day for 30 consecutive days. You can then meditate on the topic and decide if you need to help others, encourage others, or train others.

Poiema Publicaciones takes great pride in publishing its books. And no, it hasn’t stopped doing so in this one. It is very well maintained with the type and quantity of letters. Although it may seem silly, this is an important part of the books.

You are also encouraged to reflect on well-formulated questions, which will help you create a prayer. What I love most is the possibility to express your thoughts and write them down after you have done the reading. Write or commit to what the Holy Spirit leads you to meditate on through what you live or the examples provided by the authors.

We encourage you to purchase it, and we are always here to help you.

Hey, Campbell here.

I am a literary enthusiast. It's not just books I like but comics to. In fact, I grew up on comics and have now progressed to fiction and nonfiction books. I love them both.

I've been wanting to start this blog for a long time and am happy to say it has arrived.

Check it out!
